A simple kanban board for short lived work
Organise tasks in swim lanes and drag cards across as work moves. Each card can hold a checklist, up to three tags, comments and reactions, so the detail lives on the card instead of in a separate document.
Every card gets its own ticket number. Open a card and copy its link, and whoever follows that link lands on the board with the card already open.
Boards can outlive the room
Rooms are deleted after 7 days, but a board does not have to die with its room. Export the board to JSON, create a fresh room later and import the file. Lanes, cards, checklists, tags, comments and ticket numbers all come back.
Frequently asked questions
How many lanes and cards can a board have?
Up to 10 swim lanes, with up to 50 cards in each lane.
How do checklists work?
Turn the checklist on inside a card and add up to 15 items. The card shows progress, for example 3/10, so status is visible without opening it.
Who can delete a card?
The person who created it, or the room facilitator. Anyone can move and edit cards, like on a physical board.
Can I move a board to a new room?
Yes. Export it to JSON and import the file into a new, empty room. Ticket numbers are kept.
