A retro board gives the team one place to capture what went well, what did not, and what to try next. Everyone adds cards at the same time, reacts with emojis and comments on the cards worth digging into, so the whole retro stays in one place instead of scattered across chat.
The facilitator can rename lanes, give them colours, add up to five lanes, move cards between lanes and reset the board for the next session.
Export the retro when you are done
Export the whole board to Markdown for pasting into a ticket or wiki, or to JSON if you want to feed it into something else. Rooms are password protected, need no accounts, and are deleted after 7 days, so export anything you want to keep.

Can I change the retro columns?
Yes. The facilitator can rename lanes, change their descriptions and colours, and add up to five lanes in total.
Can I export the retro?
Yes, to Markdown or JSON. The Markdown version is formatted to paste straight into a ticket or wiki page.
Are cards anonymous?
Cards show the display name each person joined with. People choose their own names when joining, so a team can decide how identifiable to be.
How long does a retro room last?
7 days, then the room and all of its cards are deleted automatically.
