Pick a task before you start. Each completed focus session adds a 🍅 to it.

    What is the pomodoro technique?

You work in focused sessions, traditionally 25 minutes, separated by short breaks, with a longer break after every fourth session. The fixed end point makes it easier to start, and the breaks stop long sessions from turning into tired ones.

This timer runs the cycle for you: it chimes when a phase ends, moves to the next one, and counts your completed sessions. Add your tasks, pick the one you are working on, and each finished session is credited to it, so at the end of the day you can see where your focus actually went.
