Celebrate learning, not just success
The celebration grid sorts what happened during the sprint into mistakes, experiments and practices, split by whether the outcome was a success or a failure. Failed experiments land in a green cell on purpose: the team tried something deliberate and learned from it, and that deserves credit.
It is a useful change of pace from a standard retro because it rewards experimentation instead of punishing failure.
How this tool works
Create a room and share the link. Everyone adds items to the grid cells with their name attached, and the facilitator can clear the grid for the next session. Rooms need no accounts and are deleted after 7 days.

What goes in each column?
Mistakes are things done despite knowing better. Experiments are deliberate tries with an unknown outcome. Practices are the things the team already knows work.
Why celebrate failed experiments?
Because the team learned something at a known cost. If failed experiments get punished, people stop experimenting.
Who can delete items?
The person who wrote an item, or the room facilitator.
